High Performance EPDM Foam Tape
Our premium self adhesive EPDM foam tape is engineered for durable sealing, cushioning and noise isolation applications across automotive, construction, electrical cabinet and household fields. Constructed with high elastic closed cell Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer foam substrate and pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive, it delivers reliable compression recovery and long lasting sealing performance for gap filling, weather proofing, vibration dampening and collision buffering. The flexible EPDM foam base features excellent compressibility, fitting irregular gaps and uneven mating surfaces well. It performs great for door & window weather sealing, curtain wall joint filling, outdoor cabinet gap blocking, automotive body sealing and equipment shock absorption protection.

Widely used for automotive body panel gap filling, lamp housing sealing, trunk, sunroof and door periphery gaskets. Closed cell EPDM foam tape compensates assembly tolerances, blocks water, dust and road noise. Outstanding UV ozone and broad temperature stability withstands exterior vehicle harsh conditions. Suitable for bonding on painted metal, aluminum and plastic auto parts. Not fit for heavy oil immersion environment.

2. Building Facade, Curtain Wall & Exterior Window Sealing
Main stream sealing material for exterior curtain wall joints, aluminum window exterior gaps, daylighting panels and roof flashing. EPDM foam tape offers long term weathering resistance against sun, rain and temperature swing. It seals air water penetration for building exterior, reduces energy loss. The closed cell structure delivers dust proof and splash proof performance. Good compression recovery keeps sealing stability after long time cabinet closing compression. Fit for aluminum and painted metal housing surfaces; remove dust and grease before application.

4. Rail Transit & HVAC Equipment Sealing
Popular for coach compartment gap sealing, air conditioning unit casing, ventilation duct flange sealing. EPDM foam tape dampens vibration and eliminates metal to metal rattling noise under continuous vibration. Available in flame retardant grade for transit project requirements. It compensates minor surface irregularities to prevent air leakage for ventilation systems.

5. PV Solar Module & Outdoor Machinery Gaskets
Extensively adopted for solar frame gap sealing, outdoor generator cabinet, agricultural equipment housing gaskets. Resists outdoor aging without quick hardening or cracking under long term sunlight.
